Managing Partner
ANITA YUANDRI LUBIS
Anita is the founder and Managing Partner of ALubis Law with over fifteen years of experience in the Indonesian market. Anita is a well-rounded attorney. She has extensive working experience in banking, payment systems, including FinTech, constructions, insurance and financial institutions, and health and pharmaceuticals. She is also an experienced attorney in handling corporate actions such as mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate and commercial, among others.
Before establishing ALubis Law, Anita worked for a handful of prominent law firms in Indonesia. She spent less than a year seconded at a leading Singaporean law firm in Singapore. In 2018, Anita obtained an Indonesian government-funded full scholarship that allowed her to get a master of laws degree (LL.M.) from New York University (NYU) School of Law in 2019.

Partner/Head of Litigation
REKSA LUBIS
Reksa is one of the Partners at ALubis Law and heads the Firm’s Litigation Department. Reksa has over a decade of experience as a litigation and trial lawyer. Industry-wise, Reksa is an expert in insurance, land, real estate, and export/import.
Before establishing ALubis Law with his older sister, Reksa worked with other prominent litigation firms in Jakarta, which nurtured him into a creative, winning-oriented, yet a humble lawyer. He is also actively contributing to the community. That is why the clients are confident to have Reksa as their lawyer.
Reksa obtained his advocate license in 2014. In 2019, Reksa became a curator and administrator, and he is a member of AKPI (Asosiasi Kurator dan Pengurus Indonesia/Indonesian Curators and Administrators Association).
When he is not working, Reksa enjoys quality time with his family or plays futsal with his friends and colleagues.
