ANITA YUANDRI LUBIS<\/h2>\n

Anita adalah pendiri dan Managing Partner dari ALubis Law yang memiliki pengalaman sebagai konsultan hukum pada pasar Indonesia selama lebih dari lima belas tahun. Anita merupakan konsultan hukum dengan beragam pengalaman. Anita memiliki pengalaman menangani pekerjaan yang berkaitan dengan, antara lain, perbankan, sistem pembayaran termasuk FinTech, konstruksi, asuransi dan institusi keuangan, serta kesehatan dan farmasi. Anita juga berpengalaman dalam menangani aksi korporasi seperti penggabungan dan pengambilalihan, dan hukum korporasi dan komersial secara umum. <\/p>\n

Sebelum mendirikan ALubis Law, Anita bekerja pada beberapa firma hukum yang terkemuka di Indonesia. Anita juga mengenyam pengalaman secondment di salah satu firma hukum ternama Singapura di Singapura selama kurang dari setahun. Pada tahun 2018, Anita memperoleh beasiswa penuh dari pemerintah Indonesia yang memberikan jalan baginya untuk memperoleh gelar master of laws (LL.M.) dari New York University (NYU) School of Law di tahun 2019. <\/p>\n
